How should I prepare for my clean?

For sanitary purposes, you must supply your own toilet brush and outside trash bin for waste removal. The rest is covered! 

If you prefer your home or business be cleaned with certain chemicals, this can be accommodated. The client must supply these products. Different color towels will be used so as to not cross contaminate between commercial and non toxic products. 

You're not required to be present for your clean. However, make sure there is a safe way for our cleaning pros to access your home. Let others in the home know in advance that we are coming that day.

You have the option of leaving a copy of your key for us to hold on to if you won't be home.

Floors may be wet and therefore slippery for 15-25 minutes after your clean. If you can, try to allow floors to dry before walking on them.

Client homes or businesses must having running water and electricity.

We do not clean hoarding situations nor conduct disaster restoration services.
